Housekeeping

Implementing housekeeping procedures for files and data stored within SureView.

To find the Housekeeping section:

• Open SureView.
• Open the feature.
• Select System Settings.
• Expand System and select housekeeping.
• Expand the relevant areas and select the desired building.

The relevant information displayed:

• Days To Keep Event Files 
  Days to keep non-preserved event video files
• Days To Keep Events
  Days to keep non-preserved events
• Days To Keep Report Files 
  Days to keep non-preserved report files
• Days To Keep Reports
  Days to keep non-preserved report events
• Days To Keep User Session History
  How long User Session History records should be kept:
  
  -1 = Do not delete

  0 = Do not track (delete)

  1+ = Number of days to track since creation before deletion
