Disabling V1 UI – SureView Systems

In this article, we go over how to disable the V1 user interface; this can be used for security reasons, or just to have this disabled as a preference.

Please use the following steps below to disable the V1 interface:

- Open IIS on the App Server

- Expand your server and select Application Pools

2. Expanded Menu and Selected on Application Pools.png

(You will need to make the following changes to ImmixCloudPool, ImmixData and ImmixReports application pools. DO NOT EDIT THE 'NonManaged' POOL)

- Double-Click one of the pools mentioned above

- Uncheck the box for 'Start Application Pool Immediately'

3. Selecting the Pool and then unchecking Start pool immediately.png

- Press the OK button

- Now, right-click on the on the pool itself and select 'Stop' (Or you can use the button in the top right once selected)

4. Right click on the Pools and select Stop.png - After you have the above steps to all 3 of the application pools mentioned, it should look like this:
