Sureview Configuration
Configuration in Sureview
The following steps are required to configure this integration in the SureView interface.
Before you begin
Before you configure Sureview to work with Salient CompleteView make sure you have the following:
- Open ports on your Sureview server
- Username and password of a Salient CompleteView user account
- Must have permission to access camera information and view live video
Control Configuration
The information below is required to add Salient CompleteView 20/20 VMS to SureView :

Username | Username of the CompleteView user account. This is typically the users email address. |
Password | Password of the CompleteView user account. |
Custom Configuration |
Identifier=Prefix=/Wildcard= - Specify a prefix or wildcard for syncing devices. UseHTTPS=True; - Specify if HTTPS should be used to connect to the API. Default: True. VideoPort=4502; - Specify a specific port for video streaming. Default: 4502. |
Add a new device within the Sureview interface. Select "Salient CompleteView" from the dropdown list and enter the Host address of your Complete View server, the port value of 4503, and the username and password of your CompleteView account.
