Feature Setup is a new addition to V2. Sureview is being used in a wide variety of environments. As such, we need to ensure it remains relevant to each of our customers' use cases. A single feature may be viewed as superfluous by one customer, and necessary by another. Feature setup is found in the menu in the upper right corner of the screen, depicted below.
Note: The feature setup screen is only accessible by Sureview System Administrators
Clicking the button labelled "Feature Setup" will bring you to the following page.
A tree structure will be visible with a checkbox to the left of each feature listed. This is used to add or remove the corresponding feature from Sureview.
Some features can be expanded to show additional sub-features (each one can be enabled/disabled individually).
Some features are integration specific, and will only work if the appropriate integrations are installed.
When submitting a ticket to sureview for assistance it can often be useful to provide the Feature List that you are using. You can do this by downloading the "Functionality.json" file
Go to the Feature List screen by clicking the Menu icon (top right corner) then the "FEATURE SETUP" button.
Once on the features screen click the EXPORT button (in the bottom left of the features screen) and download Functionality.json file.
In a multi-tenant environment "System Administrators" can enable or disable the features of different "tenants" by selecting the preferred tenant with the drop down at the top of the page
Note: If you are in a single tenant environment this drop down will not appear
