Mobile - Quick Close

Overview

Quick close allows guards to quickly complete a dispatch by selecting an outcome from a shortlist of event outcomes after arriving at a point. The shortlist of event outcomes can be configured in the event category setup interface.

Usage

On arrival, after the guard has indicated their arrival to the operator, a menu will appear where they can communicate with the operator in real time. If event categories have been configured as "Mobile Quick Close" in the event category setup interface, a "QUICK CLOSE" button will appear in the menu. If no event categories have been configured as "Mobile Quick Close", the button will not appear. An example of the menu with the "QUICK CLOSE" button can be seen below.

On clicking the "QUICK CLOSE" button, a list of event categories that were configured as "Mobile Quick Close" will appear. An example can be seen below.

To return back to the original menu, click the "BACK" button. Clicking one of the outcomes will finish the dispatch and let the operator know the outcome.
