Required Feature Flag: Alarms / MediaMatrix / VideoTours
The Media Matrix - Video Tour option allows you to automatically cycle through all the cameras that are part of the given tour. There are three options for video tours
- Area Cameras
Cycle through every camera for the current Area - Nearby Cameras
Cycle through all cameras that are within the near by "Spotlight" radius (on the Alarm Map) - Predefined Cameras
Feature Requirement: Alarms / MediaMatrix / PredefinedTour
A predefined camera tour - created in the Tour Setup screen so operators can perform a "Virtual Patrol" of the required cameras
Area / Nearby Camera Tour
Area or Nearby Cameras tour automatically loads as many cameras as possible into the media matrix cells and the operator can use the "Load Next" and "Load Prev" buttons to switch between the media matrix "Pages" to view all the cameras
Predefined Cameras
Required Feature Flag: Alarms / MediaMatrix / PredefinedTour
Predefined camera tours behave differently to Area / Near Tours. In this case they have been created by the SureView Administrator to follow a set of rules so the "tour" can confirm with their particular requirements. T
This includes the order of the cameras, tour notes and specific duration (how long each camera must be viewed for).
The operator should click "Start video Tour". The media matrix grid will change to show the cameras contained within the tour.
The current camera the operator should be viewing will be highlighted in green.
Note: The non-active cameras will be greyed out if the Required Feature Flag: Alarms / MediaMatrix / PredefinedTour has been enabled
On the right had side you will see information about the tour including the which camera you are viewing out of how many cameras are in the tour, the remaining seconds left on the tour step and some control buttons. Here you can stop the tour, pause the tour or mark the camera as not connecting. If you select this option you will be asked to enter a comment.
